New Year's Eve ruined by service, food and atmosphere. Never again.

Extremely disappointed with the service. We had made a reservation for New Year's Eve a week ago, coming all the way from Germany. Our reservation was for 9 pm, and we arrived at 8:50. Despite being told to wait a few minutes, after 25 minutes, the waitress informed us that our reservation had been canceled 10 minutes ago. To our surprise, four people without a reservation were seated right in front of us, apparently because they could speak Arabic, unlike us. Overall, a zero-star experience.

Very bad service! We had reserved an appointment at 9:00 p.m. and 2 minutes before 9:00 p.m. it was canceled supposedly because they were full! And all this for New Year's Eve!!!!!! Not recommendable!!!!!!

I LOVE davinci... both food and service gets me going back to davinci everytime i visit Rotterdam... Food made with passion and service done with love. If there was more stars I would have give you guys more. Love you guys, besos xoxo J

I sat on the table near the toilet and looked straight into the kitchen. I thought it would be a lot of fun and that I would get to see some kind of show. 5 minutes later I saw the main chef get wet. So I took a paste since the other chef just washed his hands, but I didn't see the other person wash their hands once. This almost made me puke🤢. I will never eat here again!!!

Da vinci is a restaurant with good food, but long waiting times. Waiting time for the main course was 45 minutes and for the dessert (which was pie that they in front of the restaurant in a display) we waited 15 minutes. This was after we asked why it was taking so long, and then within 30 seconds it was brought to our table. The thing is, the pie was still frozen inside, which is why they probably didn't serve it, but having us wait for pie for that long did not go down great. Also, asking for drinks did not happen. They take the bottles away from the table a few seconds after you are done drinking and not ask for a new one. Food was tasty though.
